Your security deposit will be returned to you if for any reason you are turned down. If you are approved and do not complete the lease agreement, your security deposit will not be returned. All application fees are non-refundable. Administrative fees will be returned to you for any reason if your application has been denied. Administrative fees are non-refundable and will not be returned to you if you are approved and then cancel for any reason. Please note, pricing is subject to change daily. Adjusting your move-in date or lease term may adjust pricing. Payment of the application fee and security deposit will lock the rental rate for only the selected lease term and move-in date. Payment of an application fee and security deposit will place a hold a specific unit for a maximum of 14 days. Rental rate quotes will be honored for two (2) business days. The rental rate quote is applicable to the agreed apartment and its availability at the time of your quote, your requested move in date, and your requested lease term . Any revisions or changes to the time of the quote, your move-in date, or lease term may require a revised quote which may result in a different monthly rental rate This property will be accepted in “as is” condition UNLESS you specifically notify the property in writing prior to your application date.

Renters Insurance:
Renter’s Insurance is required. We offer Resident Shield for your conven-ience. If you choose to go though a Third-Party provider, you must provide a copy of the Declarations Page of your policy at or before move-in that shows a minimum of $100,000 personal liability insurance with “Firmus Management“ listed as an additional interested party. If insurance isn't provided then a $10 master policy fee is added to your account monthly.
